My name is Mikhail, I am an economic theorist. My research interests include economic growth theory, social choice theory, networks and economics of natural resources and environment.
Currently I am a Visiting Professor at the University of the Balearic Islands (Palma, Spain) and a CESifo Research Network Affiliate.
